I have extensive training in martial arts, hold an instructor rank in Northern Chinese Eight Animal Gung Fu, and currently train BJJ and Kickboxing. I am also an Advanced Instructor of the Oxygen Advantage Breathing Technique and teach breathwork and Qigong for performers, athletes, and martial artists.
